The position will primarily carry out new product development as a liaison between factories or engineers, Mexico, China and Japan, and sales or customer to create product strategy and to realize the specifications identified or proposed by project team.

This position is responsible under limited supervision to interface with customers requesting technical support involving product selection recommendations based on application details. Assist Product Manager and our Sales team.

Reviews customers technical needs for solar and energy storage and works with internal and external stakeholders to develop product and service solutions to meet these needs. Reviews mechanical, electrical, and structural plan sets for energy storage projects.
