What You'll Get To Do:  

Support Product Marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies for Personal Care and Appliance categories. Assist in project management and reporting across marketing, social media and digital experience.   

 Marketing and social media   

  • Collaborate with marketing manager and product team to understand goals, challenges and budgets contributing to the development of marketing strategies for each product category. 
  • Review and approve social media and influencer content based on business requirements and industry trends. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new activities or processes to support category market share growth. 
  • Work with the product team to request, route and return samples needed for campaigns. 
  • Work with agencies to obtain competitive bids and proposals on campaigns. 
  • Support social media activity within product categories, including engagement monitoring and reporting on channel analytics. 
  • Manage collection of campaign results, insuring proper data tracking. 
  • Assist in analyzing customer insights and market trends, optimizing marketing spend and driving demand and sales growth. 

Creative   

  • Align with the marketing and product teams to prepare creative briefs and work with the Creative team to develop assets and route for approval. 
  • Work with internal creative and content teams to adapt visual assets and copy for sales support, product content, and ad campaigns. 
  • Collect and organize global creative assets, providing access to internal creative team and vendor partners. 
  • Attend photo or video shoots as needed to ensure business requirements and brand standards are met. 

Organization and Reporting   

  • Analyze performance metrics and data, identifying trends and insights to increase site traffic, conversion rates, overall revenue, and site profitability. 
  • Manage project, campaign, and task status in Monday.com, including regular updates to documentation and results. 
  • Develop new Monday.com views and boards as needed to improve team efficiency and cross-function collaboration. 
  • Utilize project management software for task management, campaign monitoring, and budget maintenance. 
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reports of marketing activity as well as weekly campaign updates, including key insights and recommendations.  
What You'll Bring:    Education and Experience:     
  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2C digital marketing 
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and tools, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, programmatic, display, native advertising, social media platforms, and industry terms, CTR, CPC, VCR, etc. 
  • Experience in project and budget management, with proven ability managing multiple projects and campaigns concurrently Intermediate MS office skills, Excel, Words and PowerPoint is required 
  • Understanding of current social media platforms and trends 
  • Experience with Monday.com project management a plus PO 
  • Receptiveness to feedback and a desire to improve, learn and grow

The salary range of $65K – $70k is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
