What You'll Get to Do:

- Law degree from accredited law school required. Admission to a state bar, NJ or NY preferred or eligibility to obtain in-house counsel license in NJ.
- Minimum 8 years' experience at a law firm and or corporate legal department with a focus on product safety or product liability, product warranty, regulatory compliance and general commercial litigation.
- Substantive knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
- Experience advising clients in all stages of civil litigation including strategy for pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk mitigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and knowledge of insurance related issues.
- Experience with Environmental Product Regulation, including compliance with EPA regulations, or knowledge of Antitrust Law, a plus.

The salary range of $155K-$170K is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
