The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for multiple facets of the Safety Program. Maintain safety compliance with all laws, regulations, good practice and company guidelines.

<p>The FSS will support the Territory Account Managers, TAM&rsquo;s, in the field by nurturing opportunities with government and enterprise technology customers. They will help develop and manage relationships with customers, resellers, partners, and distributors that will lead to the attainment of revenue goals. Also, they will assist the AMs with sales support activities such as pricing, CRM administration, and order tracking.</p>

The main responsibility is to provide technical support to customer through telephone assistance or on-site for specific products. Establish a strong understanding of the technical specifications of our product so that a high level of assistance can be provided to our customers. Provide professional support and repair at customer sites through interaction of service and factory support. Uses technical knowledge to make decisions regarding repair of product and software.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial , sans-serif;color: black;">Provides onsite service and preventative maintenance to point of sale products, security and wireless systems for assigned territories. Keeps up to date on product knowledge, specifications, and operation.<span style="">  </span>Provides constructive feedback to management regarding product performance and service issues. Completes required sections of work orders, check lists, and other documentation as required.<span style="">  </span>Maintains a safe work environment through proper utilization of tools and equipment.</span></p>
