The main responsibility is to provide technical support to customer through telephone assistance or on-site for specific products. Provide professional support and repair at customer sites through interaction of service and factory support. Uses technical knowledge to make decisions regarding repair of product and software.

Keeps up to date on product knowledge, specifications, and operation.  Provides constructive feedback to management regarding product performance and service issues. Manages all sales activities between PCI and accounts to ensure the sales plan forecast, budgets, profit, inventory are consistent with the business plan. Participates in the preparation of the Consumer Products Division annual business plan.  </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial , sans-serif;color: black;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Lead Coordinator-Supply Planning and Procurement: </strong></span><br /><br />Performs all duties normally associated with the Coordinator, Supply Planning and Procurement, for assigned products. Provides senior level guidance to the Supply Planning and Procurement Coordinator(s) by reviewing and consolidating the supply plan, representing the Supply Planners at the Consensus meeting. Analyzes data from demand planning, inventory reports. to anticipate and correct Supply issues. </span></p>
