The Position:

A Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for providing development and support services for Salesforce CRM Applications to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. A BSA will analyze the business requirements, work with development team to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements, serve as a subject matter expert to design, configure, customize, and implement the solutions in the Salesforce platform. A BSA will provide technical assistance to the IT staff to troubleshoot technical problems and help resolve them.


• Business Applications- Support/Enhancements 
•    Actively provide on-going support for enhancing and sustaining Business Applications.
•    Proactively and identify causes for timely corrective actions.
•    Provide permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of production issues.
•    Publish Knowledge Base Articles including (FAQs, Troubleshooting Guide, etc) for external users and internal team members.
•    Translate business requirements into applications design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
•    Responsible to complete necessary items related to system design, configuration, customizations, integration, and support
•    Build test scripts, enhancements, system releases, and support migration to production deployment. 
•    Manage multiple competing priorities through effective communication.

• Process Improvements /System Implementation/System Integrations
•    Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate business requirements into systems solutions
•    Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements 
•    Eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommending appropriate solutions. 
•    Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact
•    Deliver functional specifications to include configurations, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping 
•    Collaborate with developers to develop extensions/customizations to verify the solutions meet the business requirements
•    Create test plans and test scripts to ensure functionality is fully tested and documented. 
•    Develop testing strategies and perform testing to ensure the solutions and deliverables meet the project objectives and business requirements with high quality. 
•    Work closely with business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
•    Work with business stakeholders demonstrate the changes to the system to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed. 
•    Support the necessary integration needs between Salesforce and other Business Applications
•    Design and validate business logic in data conversions/data migrations and incorporate data quality checks, data profiling validations during the source extraction prior to the data landing into the staging layer
•    Provide extended support in technical design and unit testing of the technical Components
•    Ability to lead initiatives and act as project lead on the deliverables by coordinating with all technical team members to ensure functionality is delivered on agreed solution. 
•    Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
•    Seek to align technology, specifically software applications, to meet corporate strategies.
•    Manage upgrades and rollouts for projects
•    Conduct training and develop training materials and provide training in one-on-one or classroom environment for internal team and external users
•    Conduct Knowledge transfer sessions and provide KT documentation
•    Evaluate vendor products and services and make recommendation
•    Provide status report to project stakeholders The salary or hourly wage range of $81,000 – $136,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.  


What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Microsoft applications preferred, including Microsoft Windows, Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Familiar in project management methodology including Waterfall methodology, Agile methodology and Scrum methodology.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge in preparing full life cycle development documents
• Learning agility and curiosity to proactively learn new technologies and apply these capabilities to solve different business problems.
• Ability to multitask on multiple projects and work with different teams.
• Ability to be nimble, efficient, quick, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develops effective responses or elevates issues to higher management.
• Able to work with users daily to ensure project requests are accurate and timely.
• Have a wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other.
• Functional Knowledge / Technical Skills
• Business Systems Analyst (BSA) requires having extensive hands-on experience and proficient knowledge in Salesforce modules like
•    Sales cloud
•    CPQ
•    Billing
•    Pardot/Marketing cloud
•    Experience/Commerce cloud
• Technical packages/tools: Data Loader, Apex (Nice to have), SQL, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of Business systems analyst experience
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations plus user support and problem solving across modules
