What You Get to Do: You will be part of a growing team that is focused on the restaurant, retail, and hospitality space promoting the Panasonic Connect portfolio of Hardware, Software, and Services. You will identify qualified end user targets to prospect, nurture relationships and ultimately sign up new customers. This role is heavily focused on generating new brand opportunities, so a hunter mindset is required
- Research, prospect, engage and cultivate new business in the restaurant, retail and hospitality verticals with our Stingray POS and Kiosk Hardware, Attune Drive Thru Headsets, and ClearConnect Digital Signage Solutions.
- Responsible for territory wide management, enablement strategies and sales growth of all products and services within assigned geography and customer base.
- Work closely with the NSM, TAMs, Field Service, and Pre Sales Engineers and applicable resellers to provide highest level of end user customer satisfaction.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track and monitor all sales activities.
- Assist with inbound phone calls from prospects and customers for product sales support and quote requests.
- Assist with customer set up, contracting for high volume roll outs, AR related issues, and other prospect or customer needs
- Support the development of channel partners alongside the Partner Sales Manager
- A hunter mindset focused on heavy volume of outbound activity
- Hospitality and Retail technology sales experienced required, with a focus on POS and Kiosk Hardware, Drive Thru systems, and/or Digital Signage
- The ability to articulate the product portfolio in a sales process
- BA or BS in Business Administration, or applicable industry experience
- Experience with CRM based tools such as Salesforce preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate the product offering to potential customers
- Listens to opinions and ideas prior to making decisions.
- Significant experience in prospecting into all levels of brands from emerging brands to enterprise brands.
- Self-motivated and driven to expand the customer base, while supporting the needs of current customer base
- Knowledge or the restaurant and/or retail space is a plus
- Travel up to 10 percent of time
- Position is also eligible for $30,000 in commissions at 100% of plan
