WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with current and potential customers
  • Present Surface Mount Technology and SW solutions in front of customers
  • Executive negotiations with directors and VPs of large and global accounts
  • Interact with other Panasonic business units around the globe when a global contract is being negotiated.
  • Assume total account ownership and responsibility, including sales, service, credit review, delivery, issue resolution and invoice collection.
  • Achieve objectives working through multiple levels of support functions that may or may not have a direct reporting relationship.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelors Degree with a technical or sales background is preferred.
  • Eight or more years of industry specific account management or sales and marketing experience as it pertains to the electronics assembly and manufacturing industry.
  • Broad working knowledge of Surface Mount Technology, Screen Printing Technology, OEMs, EMS providers, Electronics Manufacturing processes and techniques is desired.
  • Ability to travel 40-65 percent of the time required of the position. Including possible international
  • Strong customer focus

What We Offer:
The salary range of $115,000 –$150,000 is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
