Behind Employees’ Hearts: The Spirit of Giving This Holiday Season 

The magic of the holidays lies not only in receiving, but also in giving. Whether offering a helping hand, a kind word, or a heartfelt gesture to those who need it most, together at Panasonic, we are lighting up the season with compassion and generosity. Our employees express appreciation for the opportunities provided to give back during this time of year.

"The holiday season is a very special time for me, and I’m grateful to be blessed with good friends and family,” says Jason Nieh, Community Engagement & Operations Specialist. “It’s this sense of gratitude that compels me to give and uplift others who are going through a rough patch, as I know how important it is to receive help and support."

For Britney Lee from the Office of Social Impact & Inclusion, making a difference is empowering. “Giving back with PanasonicCares allows us to unite with colleagues and truly make a difference. I feel inspired to continue this spirit of giving and extend warmth beyond the workplace,” she shares.

Our #PanasonicCares holiday giving events are a collective effort to bring holiday cheer to those in need. Through toy drives, food collections, and volunteer efforts with Goodera and YouGiveGoods, our teams came together to spread kindness and joy in the communities we serve while embracing our core business philosophy of Contribution to Society. Nearly 2,000 toys, food and personal care items were donated this year to Marine Toys for Tots, Feeding America, the Semper Fi & Americas Fund, and other organizations.

This time of year also reminds us of the privilege we have to share happiness and hope with others. For many, the holidays can be a challenging occasion, making even small gestures of kindness incredibly meaningful. “This holiday season, I can't help but think about how blessed I am to carry all this happiness in my heart. I find so much joy in providing support for others in any way I can,” Britney shares.
