What You'll Get To Do

Market and Business Analysis:

  •  Distributor and Key Accounts CD,AMS and PDD
  •  KPI control for EMCBD Top100 customer business creation
  •  Commission Monitoring DUMA, receivable and payable

Business Reporting:

  •  Sales Forecast
  •  Financial report and planning with EMCBD HQ
  •  Mid Term Business plan building by networking with EMCBD HQ

PSI Control and or Strategy planning:

  • Demand and or Forecast planning by collaborating with sales team with sales team  and product sales team in North America 
  • Outside NA as well as EMCBD and PIDSA HQ for EMCBD parts
  • Logistic lead-time and cost monitoring
  • Streamline shipping from plants to meet inventory BP with EMCBD business units
  • Slow moving inventory management
  • Incoterms Strategy planning
  • Inventory, profit and Cash flow monitoring

General Planning affairs:

  • Tariff payback support and monitoring
  • Various BCP related support Environmental survey, documents for products, Industrial standard documents with EMCBD HQ and related business units.
  • Plays a key role in making plans and execute actions related to  meet PIDSA-EMCBD’s business plans including PSI KPI, as well as    
  • Providing the necessary information and analysis for PIDSA ECBD and EMCBD HQ.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:  

  • A four year degree in business and or marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Five or more years specific Procurement Sales Inventory analysis and or business planning experience is required.

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills are required.
  • Ability to operate PC and appropriate software programs is required to accomplish specific duties.
  • Good understanding of cultural diversity.
  • Strong problem solving communication and collaboration skills
  • PSI control experience
  • Strong communication with HQ in Japan and related plants

Communication:

  • Key communications contacts internal and or external and level of persuasion required
  • Strong written and oral communication interpretation Japanese skills are preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as required of the position approximately 5 percent.

The salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
