Unapologetically Us: Panasonic Celebrates Pride Month
Our PRISM Business Impact Group represents LGBTQ+ employees and allies working to create an inclusive and safe workplace culture where individuals can thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
With 80+ members spanning across the region and continuing to grow, PRISM aims to promote greater diversity of thought so all voices at Panasonic are not only heard, but also celebrated through education, advocacy, and activism.
As we kick-off Pride Month in June, PRISM will host a fireside chat on leading with courage, a networking mixer and a volunteer event to support LGBTQ+ community members.
In celebration of this year’s Pride theme, "Unapologetically Us," we asked members of PRISM to share their experiences as allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community and reflect on the importance of inclusivity and equality in the workplace.
“I got involved with PRISM as an ally to help create a safe space for co-workers and to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community, so I can have more meaningful and true conversations with friends and family members.
