RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Review and disposition Hussmann COPQ claims; critical customer interface fro administration of Hussmann Warranty Policy; provide data analysis for product and process continuous improvement efforts.
  2. Timely processing of branch/third party/customer warranty claims complying with all Hussmann Warranty Policy guidelines.
  3. Suggest changes/upgrades/improvements to the warranty processing system to improve productivity and quality of data supplied to the stakeholders for warranty cost reductions and continuous improvement activities.
  4. Provide timely reporting of critical quality issues to stakeholders.
  5. Provide useful analysis of warranty and aftermarket claims data to drive continuous improvement activities in manufacturing and supplier quality.
  6. Manage performance against agreed targets, budgets and within policies. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements by leadership.
  7. Provide timely, professional, courteous customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5 years related product experience; technical preferred (plant, field service, branch service, etc).
  • Manufacturing experience a plus. Must understand principles of refrigeration.
  • Also requires computer proficiency and strong data analysis competency. (e.g. Physical demands, confidentiality requirements, travel requirements) MS Office proficiency required; MS Access proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn multiple applicable computer systems (TWMS, Aftermarket, Oracle, Windchill, etc)
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of Hussmann management and external associates, in both written and verbal forms forms.
  • Mobility within work facilities including manufacturing sites.
  • Ability to travel independently. Travel requirements will vary with work assignments and business needs.
