RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Investigate fit and finish, field quality issues for all Hussmann products and submit field reports through a CRM online based program.
  • Order parts needed to resolve equipment warranty and quality issues.
  • Follow-up with warranty & engineering requests for additional details from job sites.
  • Manage all technical issues for delivered equipment to a positive resolution for the customer. This includes leveraging “subject matter experts” as needed from other parts of the organization.

  • Develop positive relationships with contractors and customers.
  • Responsible to manage contractors, and sales organization on the status of all equipment issues, both positive and negative.
  • Manage service call process for large scale small format rollouts
  • Collaborate Small Format FER Lead and the Dollar Store sales team on targeted strategic initiatives to improve our support for Dollar Store business. 
  • Manage communication of large-scale Small Format schedules to Field support leadership
  • Provide technical support and training to contractors, FERs, and customers as needed


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • A demonstrated ability to identify and champion projects through to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, both verbal and written required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Engineering Degree a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field or in a related area (Refrigeration Industry)
  • Knowledge of Freedom Line and Small Format equipment portfolio
  • Experience with CRM a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Extremely customer focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Possesses a high sense of urgency and personal accountability
