RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate fit and finish, field quality issues for all Hussmann products and submit field reports through a CRM online based program.
- Order parts needed to resolve equipment warranty and quality issues.
- Follow-up with warranty & engineering requests for additional details from job sites.
- Manage all technical issues for delivered equipment to a positive resolution for the customer. This includes leveraging “subject matter experts” as needed from other parts of the organization.

- Responsible to manage contractors, and sales organization on the status of all equipment issues, both positive and negative.
- Manage service call process for large scale small format rollouts
- Collaborate Small Format FER Lead and the Dollar Store sales team on targeted strategic initiatives to improve our support for Dollar Store business.
- Manage communication of large-scale Small Format schedules to Field support leadership
- Provide technical support and training to contractors, FERs, and customers as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- A demonstrated ability to identify and champion projects through to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, both verbal and written required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Engineering Degree a plus)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field or in a related area (Refrigeration Industry)
- Knowledge of Freedom Line and Small Format equipment portfolio
- Experience with CRM a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
