  • Determine current and potential market and product trends. Reports results and makes recommendations to direct manager and the executive team. Monitor competitive products and activities.

  • Support the divisional CRM strategy to ensure full utilization of CRM process within the assign region and regional team members.

  •  Development of Account profiles.

  •  Manage budgets to meet predetermined business plan requirements

  •  Develop strategies to achieve financial metrics.

  • Candidate needs to be located in the west coast near a major airport in California, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona
What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:  

  • 5 years industrial automation direct sales account experience preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred

  • Functioning PC skills are required for appropriate software applications to accomplish specific duties.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and persuade internally and externally at all levels.

  • Ability to make presentations to all levels of management internally and externally.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Candidate needs to be located in the west coast near a major airport in California, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona
  • Ability to travel domestically 80 percent ; if applicable – internationally 5 percent.
