Determine current and potential market and product trends. Reports results and makes recommendations to direct manager and the executive team. Monitor competitive products and activities.
Support the divisional CRM strategy to ensure full utilization of CRM process within the assign region and regional team members.
Development of Account profiles.
Manage budgets to meet predetermined business plan requirements
Develop strategies to achieve financial metrics.
- Candidate needs to be located in the west coast near a major airport in California, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona
Education & Experience:
5 years industrial automation direct sales account experience preferred
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred
Functioning PC skills are required for appropriate software applications to accomplish specific duties.
Proven ability to negotiate and persuade internally and externally at all levels.
Ability to make presentations to all levels of management internally and externally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to travel domestically 80 percent ; if applicable – internationally 5 percent.
