What You Get to Do:

Market Sales Development:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the Themed Entertainment market that outlines a clear vision of necessary actions to be taken to win business from high value end-user customers, dealers, and integrators. Research, prospect, engage, and cultivate new business across all segments.
  • Collaborate with internal resources requiring close communication and coordination with various company individuals and teams, both factory and sales company, to ensure actionable results are achieved.
  • Identify and participate in industry events, demonstrations and collaborations in order to market products and services capability, capture market data, industry trends, competitive information and potential partnerships or alliances.
  • Build and capitalize upon appropriate industry partnerships or alliances within strategic markets in order to strengthen Panasonic Connect initiatives and solutions offerings.
  • Work with industry customers and sales team members to identify, prioritize, and build business cases for new product and or feature development along with increased services potential.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Understand the Themed Entertainment market landscape; product needs, key accounts, and decision makers in relation to sales growth.
  • Identify and actively engage in appropriate trade shows, associations, board, set. In order to position Panasonic within the assigned market.


  • Effectively manage all administrative duties and reporting in timely manner, including Salesforce customer data, pipeline and opportunity data maintenance, quarterly business review functions and various headquarter required reporting.

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent market experience.   
  • 10 plus years of direct and indirect experience selling of high technology products and managed services; preferably in the AV industry
  • 10 plus years managing Entertainment accounts like Disney, Universal etc.
  • Proven success managing strategic, high value, end-user and partner relationships
  • Proven experience managing long term relationships and driving Year on Year business growth
  • AV Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Engineering and CAD knowledge a plus


  • Polished professional with excitement and enthusiasm for the Themed Entertainment market.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, can-do attitude to overcome obstacles and find resolution in sometimes difficult conditions.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to work in a matrix management environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with level of persuasion required for sales. Good interpersonal skills, strong collaboration including the ability to work very effectively in virtual teams.
  • Strong combination of strategic and creative talent, excellent project management skills and a bias for action.

Other Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • CRM software including customer contact, sales pipeline and opportunity data management, Salesforce preferred.
  • Travel up to 70 percent of time, some weekend work, hours of work may vary due to business travel, customer availability and trade show involvement.
  • Engineering and CAD knowledge a plus
  • Location US, Orlando area preferred.
