Responsibilities:
  • Complete inventory transactions for parts in inventory management system including receipts, move orders, cycle counts, and other transactions as needed
  • Set up and print move orders and scan to drivers daily
  • Confirm quantities, vendor, and PO’s for all incoming parts and receive into inventory management system
  • Print pick sheets for kit carts and other areas to move inventory to assembly and complete transactions in inventory management system
  • Monitor hot board, and coordinate movement and notification to assembly for all hot parts
  • Coordinate unloading of materials, working with truck drivers to facilitate unloading schedule
  • Cycle counts of copper and compressed gasses, and place orders as needed
  • Respond to all hot calls for parts. Prioritize locating, delivering, and notifying assembly on all hot parts requests.
  • Notify buyers of shortages on move orders, hot calls, inventory adjustments / errors, etc.
  • Process all return to stock from assembly, work with quality on all damaged or supplier issues with parts

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior warehouse or storeroom experience preferred
  • Experience using Oracle or other ERP experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
