What You'll Get to Do:
Project Management:
The role will be mainly responsible to oversee all aspects of any real estate and facility management projects relating to the planning, design, construction, move, decommissioning, restoration efforts of any Panasonic location in the region
Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
Manages cross-functional relationships and communications across the Company to ensure real estate projects include end-to-end business support and buy-in
Performed scheduled financial and operational analysis and reporting to illustrate controls over the actual, planned and proposed spend of capital during the entire cyle of a project
Identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
Responsible for the full cyle of any RFP processes of vendor selections for third-party project managers, architects, MEPs, general contractors, movers and others.
Carry out plan and spec analysis to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design and drawings for construction
Plan, manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications and construction activities in the region and ensure they follow various corporate standards and guidelines
Organize project meetings with consultants and internal partners to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required
Ensure timely validation of all invoices and strict adherence to payment terms to all vendors
General Operations Supports:
From time to time, the Sr Project Manager will be asked to provide direct supports to the following areas:
Direct involvement in the review, discussion and negotiations of lease transactions as they pertain to leasehold improvements, work letters and others.
Support transaction team members with developing high level project programming, schedules, budgets and site tours
Prepare presentation materials for internal project approvals as well as stakeholder meetings
Mentor team members to provide oversight, tactical input, expertise, risk mitigation, quality control, best practices and training as they relate to project management
Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by Supervisor
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience:
7-10+ years of relevant work experiences in Real Estate, Planning, Project Management and Construction
Licensing or Certifications for Real Estate Project Manager preferred
Bachelors and University Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Construction, Technical, and Project Management
Experience overseeing work of architects, engineers, contractors and all other vendors of real estate projects
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management and planning skills
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation and reasoning
Self-motivated with attention to detail, accuracy, documentation and follow-through
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization as well as external clients, Landlord, Developers
Experience in budget development and management skills
Experience in lease review, administration and related analytics
Experience negotiating with landlords and other 3rd party service providers
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools for data compilation and aggregation
Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentation
Proven analytical skills to evaluate trends and implement programs to improve performance and business productivity.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Construction, Technical, and Project Management, related major a plus
List any licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, LEED, PE, AIA, SR/WA, PMI, FCC, FAA, MRICS, CAPM

Extensive written and verbal communications required to interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
Effectively manage expectations both within Corporate Services and with our internal and external business partners
