What You'll Get To Do:

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Review and approve social media and influencer content based on business requirements

  • Work with product team to request, route and return samples needed for campaigns

  • Work with agencies to obtain competitive bids and proposals on campaigns

  • Manage marketing email deployment, reporting and program optimization

  • Manage collection of campaign results, insuring proper data tracking

Creative:

  • Align with the marketing and product teams to prepare creative briefs and work with the Creative team to develop assets and route for approval

  • Build promotional and nurture email content that supports marketing objectives

  • Assist in light video editing and basic Photoshop work for campaign assets

  • Collect and organize global creative assets, providing access to internal creative team and vendor partners

  • Attend photo or video shoots as needed to insure business requirements and brand standards are met

Website and Digital:

  • Work with the web team to update web content to align with marketing initiatives

  • Utilize existing formulas to properly name campaigns and produce attribution links and tags

  • Utilize Google AdWords and Amazon Vendor Central to identify and track relevant keywords and trends

Organization and Reporting:

  • Manage project, campaign and task status in Monday.com, including regular updates to documentation and results

  • Develop new Monday.com views and boards as needed to improve team efficiency and cross-function collaboration

  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reports of marketing activity as well as weekly campaign updates

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:  

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C digital marketing

  • Basic Photoshop skills: re-sizing, cropping, saving to new formats

  • Light video editing ability: Adobe Premiere, FinalCut Pro, or iMovie acceptable

  • Intermediate MS office skills, Excel, Words and PowerPoint is required

  • Understanding of current social media platforms and trends

  • Experience with Monday.com project management a plus

  • Receptiveness to feedback and a desire to improve, learn and grow

  • Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours as needed

  • Problem solver – identify areas of improvement

  • Agility - ability to move quickly and easily in response to change or challenge

Communications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent; may include overnight and some international travel
