  • Support the creation of a strategic data and analytics- based infrastructure to enable PEXNA to assess its performance and rapidly drive improvement where needed
  • Build strong relationships across PEXNA to understand business strategy and key objectives while partnering with leadership to develop KPIs and value-oriented business metrics
  • Measure and monitor performance via KPIs and track value realization through data and analytics to drive accountability with leadership
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends Provide leadership with initiative status reporting tied to operational and business performance KPIs
  • Work with the Finance team to tie operational and business performance metrics to productivity and hard financial outcomes
  • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner; and collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights
  • Up to date expertise in business analysis tools, techniques
  • Experience leveraging data to identify business performance trends
  • Support the adoption of dashboards and performance metrics by showcasing opportunities for dashboards to provide additional value and attending key meetings to actively encourage the use of dashboards to provide updates and drive decision making by leaders
  • Monitor and review insights developed from dashboards to flag lagging metrics to business leaders
  • Implement improvements to dashboards to better fit evolving enterprise needs and translate these opportunities into technical requirements for EA
  • Bring best-in-class performance monitoring practices to the development and use of dashboards, e.g., the use of predictive analytics to identify metric improvements that would drive the most business impact

Basic Qualifications:

Education & Experience:  
  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Engineering or Business Management related field
  • 5-10 years working in multinational companies with decentralized operating structures
  • Proven experience in data analysis and synthesis; ability to make qualitative and strategic conclusions from large data sets
  • Strong presentation skills, including effective verbal and writing capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to proactively assess project status and highlight issues
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and knowledge or defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging enterprise priorities
  • Experience in building and implementing cross-functional initiatives
  • LSS certified is a plus
  • High degree of project execution and facilitation experience in heavily matrixed environment
Problem Solving: 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Tableau or BI tools, Visio or other process mapping tools
  • Experienced in designing and deploying dashboards
  • Outstanding facilitation skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex data structures into digestible and meaningful metrics to drive business decisions for a diverse set of leaders
  • Able to communicate effectively in all media forms and cross-culturally
