What You’ll Get to Do:
To evaluate sensor fusion products provided by industrial and academic collaborators and to provide experimental analysis. To propose a new system and algorithm with sensor fusion. To provide experimental analysis of a new system.
We are seeking a driven and creative scientist to join our small research and development team. They will evaluate the state-of-art sensor fusion products and create novel sensor fusion systems for spatial solution.
Our company will work with universities, start-up companies and device suppliers to develop next-generation sensor fusion systems for spatial solutions in the field of industry, healthcare and security. We are seeking individuals to help drive new technology, particularly digital image processing, cognitive algorithm and multimodal AI technologies, into meeting the requirements of novel systems in these fields.
- Evaluate algorithms of commercial or developing products for spatial recognition with sensor fusion
- Create a benchmark in various products
- Propose a new system and algorithm with sensor fusion for spatial solution
- Devise appropriate experimental conditions
- Analysis of experimental data
- Presentation of experimental results in a clear and thoughtful manner
- Apply for patents

- Assist supervisor in maintaining a safe, comfortable and hospitable work environment for all employees on staff.

What You’ll Bring:
Education & Experience:
- Candidates will have a PhD in computer science (with an emphasis on image processing algorithm).
- Candidates should have experiences in system development that makes spatial recognition judgements such as vehicles/wearable devices/robots with multiple sensors for over 3 years.
- Understanding of patent application process.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills that allow for effective team discussions.
- Most important, candidates should have a desire to work in the lab performing tests, helping to drive new technologies.
- Candidates should have a PhD in material engineering (with an emphasis on battery), or physical chemistry (with an emphasis on battery)
- Candidates should have knowledge of the entire cells of rechargeable batteries and have specialties in any of the negative electrode, positive electrode, electrolyte and cell.
- Candidates should have experience of technical project management in material development, cell design or manufacturing process development of rechargeable batteries.
- Understanding of cutting-edge technology of Li-S battery or all-solid-state battery.
- Understanding of patent application process.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills that allow for effective team discussions.
- Most important, candidates should have a desire to work in the lab performing tests, helping to drive new technologies.
