About The Role:

Our Talent Acquisition department is expanding to scale our incredible team and hit bold business goals. As a Senior Recruiter you will partner with leadership and hiring managers to help us attract top talent in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner while promoting industry leading hiring

We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and accomplished talent acquisition professional who has experience attracting a pool of world-class engineers, designers, marketers, business partners, and operators.

What You’ll Get To Do:
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Participate in candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, negotiation and close.
  • Recruit and develop a pool of qualified applicants using a variety of techniques including direct sourcing, paid job boards, professional associations, networking, community outreach, employee referrals, cold calling, etc.
  • Post job advertisements on job boards and relevant databases
  • Build relationships with candidates and keep them informed on the interview process.
  • Support compliance with EEO/Diversity policies and accurately report and track required candidate data.
  • Represent Yohana at recruiting events, job fairs, networking and other events.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on, corporate and agency recruiting experience as a full lifecycle recruiter.
  • Experience supporting Marketing, Design, Product, and G&A preferred.
  • Ability to recruit for any type of role and job level.
  • Strong track record of closing salaried and hourly positions recently.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks).
  • Self starter mentality and prior hypergrowth experience desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
