YOUR MISSION: 

 

Responsible for oversight and execution of change management and internal communication efforts within the organization. Individual will need to be a collaborative, customer-focused Manager to lead change and internal communication efforts for a cross-functional organizational transformation. Working closely with leaders and other key stakeholders in this role to design and shape the people, processes, and programs needed to drive change adoption. This position will report to the CHRO/VP of HR and play a critical role in driving transformational change throughout PASA.    

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE: 

Organizational Change & Delivery:

  • Oversees change management activities to deliver on change management program.
  • Executes the overall change management strategy based on objectives of the business initiative/and revises as necessary.
  • Develops or guides the development of creative and high-quality change management solutions with high impact results.
  • Assist teams to determine the impact of change, both in a predictive and retrospective view
  • Manages the associated project team which may include Change Agents and Key Business participants to analyze readiness data and recommended improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluates stakeholder and user readiness, desired project results, potential resistance, and performance gaps to facilitate change from 'current state' to 'desired state'.
  • Ensures the readiness of the impacted organization(s) for a variety of changes including new technology/processes.
  • Ensures all projects meet or exceed goals, to include defining and measuring success metrics, monitoring change progress, managing stakeholders, tracking, and reporting issues.
  • Drives adoption, training, knowledge transfer initiatives that support the delivery project success (delivering on time, on budget and with unparalleled quality standards).
  • Continuous alignment with functional talent stewards tracking cultural & technical adoption
  • Supports and engages senior leaders by providing coaching to manager and supervisors.
  • Uses process analysis strategies and tools to define improvement areas, identify OCM Impact, and plan to implement.
  • Serves as a Global advocate for change and the investment PASA's is making in change.
  • Provides direction into Communication Plan and Communication Development; reviews and approves individual communications.
  • Assists with the execution of the Communications Plan designed for various projects that will include domestic and internationally.

Training Program Development: 

  • Partners with the training team and associated resources to enable employees/training resources to communicate, train and support end users.
  • Supports design messaging for Stakeholders, the training program in development and delivery for blended curriculum - online, classroom and performance support.
  • Provides input into training design to include organization impacts and role impacts.
  • Conducts audience assessment to develop targeted collateral and to create branding. 

Develops and Oversees the development of: 

  • Organizational Impact Analysis & Organization Designs
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Management Plan
  • Change Readiness Assessment
  • Leadership Action Plans
  • Process Improvement
  • Workplans/Implementation plans for all the above

 

MUST-HAVES: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Behavior Economics, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and eight (8) years of related experience; or ten (10) years related experience.
  • Full life-cycle technology implementation experience.
  • SAP implementation experience / experience with the SAP ASAP methodology preferred
  • Must understand organizational development concepts.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change is preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience as a project manager using proven methodologies
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and various databases as appropriate to the position and assignment.
