Essential Duties:
- Proactively engage and collaborate with the project leadership and stakeholders to build detailed project plans, allocate resources, and assess the risks to on-time delivery
- Actively engage in managing complex, cross functional projects, and programs as well as short-term consulting engagements
- Assist in the development of the individual project scope and objectives as needed, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop critical path analysis for project implementation as needed
- Support in identifying potential risks or issues and implement appropriate remedies to effectively mitigate or remove barriers to project success
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed for the flawless execution of projects (ex: project documentation and requirements are captured, signed-off and delivered solution meets stated requirements)
- Build healthy relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels including senior leadership, geographically distributed project team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendors
- Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration amongst various stakeholders
- Stay relevant by growing and excelling in areas of expertise and becoming a recognized thought leadership
- Ability to stay focused on execution and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and budget.
- Create and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards that provide the project teams and project sponsors insight into project portfolio

- Assist in establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects meet high quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

- Working Knowledge of Software Delivery Life Cycle
