Company Overview:


Panasonic Connect North America Professional Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation of North America, is the National Service Center for Panasonic products. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions in their Salesforce instance.
  • Participate in all phases of Salesforce development life cycle, including functional analysis, prototyping, development, testing, deployment and support
  • Work with product managers to drive strategic value through custom solutions built on Salesforce platforms (Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Familiarity and thorough experience using Mulesoft for integrations
  • Design and prototype Salesforce Objects, Fields and Record Types
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flow, Validation Rule, Formula and Assignment Rule
  • Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader or other similar tools
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices
  • Travel potential of once per month 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically: development with Apex coding, Triggers, Visualforce and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience creating and supporting flows, process builders, workflow, triggers, email alerts, etc.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems
  • Strong technical and virtual collaboration skills
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office products (Outlook & Teams)
  • Must possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication/telephone skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn new applications and programs
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred
