Our Sales Trainee Program is designed to provide you with all the skills needed to build a successful career as a Sales professional. Hussmann is searching for motivated candidates interested in a career in sales to join our Sales Trainee Program.

Position Summary:

The Sales Trainee will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, comprised of job shadowing and job rotation through key departments to expose individuals in all aspects of the Hussmann sales cycle including: product knowledge, engineering, sales coordination and quotation, customer service, sales and marketing as well as various other aspects of our business in support of our sales team and customers.

The Sales Trainee is eligible for professional Sales position once a track record of success within the Sales Trainee Program has been established.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Strong interest in a sales career
Up to 2 years of professional work experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical aptitude demonstrated through interest and exposure to new technology
Refrigeration products experience a plus
Prior experience in sales a plus
Ability to travel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate within the US for advancement opportunities

Salary and Benefits Information:

We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package including health insurance and participation in a 401K plan with a Company match. Trainees will receive a base salary during the training program and have the ability to earn a base salary + commission upon placement as a Sales professional.
