What You'll Get to Do:
  • Provide analysis and creation of the Portable Rechargeable and Industrial Market strategy within RBG (includes creation of individual customer strategy and growth strategy using roadmap visualization). Focus will be on prioritizing customers that meet financial and market success probability criteria that is closely aligned with Panasonic priorities.
  • Create and implement strategy to layer-up Portable Industrial accounts to find new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Provide direct management support to customers within Portable Rechargeable and Industrial Market, where necessary, and create individual plans for growth.
  • Collaborate with ESG and/or other Panasonic Divisions to find/create opportunities that support key performance indicators KPI’s
  • Implementation of the company Layer-Up and Cell to Pack strategy and support the related teams to engage with existing/potential customers based on company strategy. Identify Portable customer pack requirements (Smart Home Appliance and Industrial, both commercial and technical, and communicate with relevant departments and divisions to drive necessary actions to win business awards.
  • Budget Management and Expense Control Customer forecasting, budget control, PSI and customer management Follow up and reporting to management.
  • Create and execute plan to meet both short term and long term KPI’s. Includes managing account activity through Salesforce updating.

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Degree Required
  • 4 Year Degree from accredited University
  • 5 Years Sales or Product experience  


  • Key desired behaviors, problem solving, innovation, collaboration, etc.
  • Problem solving
  • Cross collaboration with other departments and or divisions
  • Understanding of PIDSA and RBS or ESBD Management Cycle
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Team Management      


  • Key communications contacts internal or external and level of persuasion required
  • Strong written, negotiation, and oral capabilities, including major presentations to high level internal and external contacts, are required.                 

Other Requirements:

  • working conditions, physical requirements, travel, etc.
  • Travel both foreign and domestic
  • Off hours on occasion to accommodate Japan or Asia Meetings
