Responsibilities
  • Work closely with regional Account Management for the region in the monthly sales reporting and bookings forecast to senior management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for department heads to use in executive meetings.
  • Ensure that new business opportunities/pursuits for the region is reflected accurately in the systems.
  • Primary analyst and expert for all Sales Overview, sales force automation system for Sales Forecasting, Bookings and Awards.
  • Relied upon for entry, maintenance and updating, reporting (monthly and other), and overall accuracy for all data, as well as new process development to meet company objectives.

Requirements
  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant discipline with at least 3 years Sales and Marketing Operations experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills to manage relationships at management level both internally and externally.
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Proficient using MS Office suite of products and Oracle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese as the role will be handling Chinese customers. 
  • Knowledge of aviation/ IFE experience preferred.
