Responsibilities:
- Get and keep objective evidence of key shipped loose items/ components prior to its shipment per each job.
- Administer the non-conforming material warehouse when required.
- Perform incoming inspection
- Conduct VOC.
- Audit and inspect current production for items found
Principal Duties:
Take photos of key ship loose parts/ components. Keep files with evidence per each job on the network. Work closely with the warranty and quality engineers to update key ship loose parts list. Retrieve evidence as requested as proof of shipment. Review of non-conforming parts. Issue the necessary documentation to return/ scrap non-conforming items. Conduct incoming inspection. Audit processes and products. Perform duties of lower labor grades as required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Measurement Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred in HVAC.
- 2 years prior ISO 9001/ Supplier management experience preferred
- Computer skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required
