Project Manager Assistant

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team, and internal order support teams
  • Input data into systems efficiently and accurately
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents; update existing data; retrieve data from the database, electronic files, or paper copies as requested
  • Create and format reports for upper management
  • Research key data to discover solutions and incomplete / missing information
  • Complete general office duties such as filing & processing mail
  • Create and maintain a variety of documents & records, containing proprietary information in enterprise applications and systems
  • Analyze and process warranty support activities
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and in-person communication to both internal and external customers
  • Work collaboratively with others to meet deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six (6) months data management
  • One year of verifiable work experience
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and (ideally) OneNote
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle telephone and email inquiries quickly and professionally
