• Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems to develop/maintain system designs, computer programs, and related business procedures.
• Evaluates user requests for new or modified requirements to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities.
• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
• Analyzes, reviews, and alters the legacy codebase to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements.
• Provides training on how to use internal programs along with software and hardware support.
• Ensures compliance with company and departmental standards.
• Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and two to five years of technical related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Web Experience
• .NET stack (C#, WebForms, WinForms, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI)
• Front end frameworks and build chains (HTML5, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, Knockout.js, Vue.js, Vite/Webpack)
• ORMS (NHibernate and Dapper)
• Source control (git)
• SOLID principles / clean architecture
OR
Oracle EBS Experience
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules and relationships
• General end-user experience with Oracle EBS
• PL/SQL programming with procedures, packages, and analytical functions
• Linux CLI and scripting

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, software documentation, and legal information. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of Spanish language helpful.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Ability to analyze existing systems and legacy codebases with minimal direction. Ability to troubleshoot a variety of problems, both hardware and software related
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, software design patterns, programming best practices and principles, and UX / UI experience is desired
