Education

-Bachelors degree preferred

Experience

-Minimum of 5 years selling screen printers in the North American Market

Capabilities and Deliverables

-Technical Expertise of screen printing technology and printing process

-History of success in converting or winning challenging competitive accounts and growing market share

-Ability to educate regional sales staff and rep teams

-Able to develop competitive position versus other market supplier solutions

-Able to provide SME content to marketing for development of collateral

-Able to identify gaps in capability and provide feedback to design team periodically

-Experience in total line solutions, production MES software, & pick and place is a plus

Travel requirements

-30 to 50 percent travel

-Scope includes visiting customers for sales calls

-Tradeshow support

-Occasional travel to Asia for training and events

-Remote

-However, Chicago area is a plus

-Area of Coverage - Canada, US, Mexico

The salary range of $75,000 –$110,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
