Administer order management process for commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair parts.
Identify customer needs and resolve parts or equipment issues with the sale and timely delivery of quality parts and solution offerings.
Act with a sense of urgency and accountability to satisfy the customer by fully identifying customer issues and offering timely and quality solutions.
Convey to suppliers and solve problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing.
Process orders received from service and installation teams.
Create, update, and reconcile purchase orders.
Adhere to purchase order company policies and procedures.
Place parts orders for multiple departments.
Support orders in inventory, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration processes.
Review invoices for purchased commodities as required by accounts payable.
Load/unload parts for inbound/outbound shipments as needed.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Formal Education Requirement: High school
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: One year
Requirements:
- Forklift certification a plus
- Successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and/or HVAC is preferred.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Capability to make decisions, learn quickly, think rationally and exercising good judgment.
- Work effectively in diverse team environment.
- High level of professionalism and diplomacy.
