Operations Manager
Essential Duties:
- Efficient management of all logistics process of the Giga Dock
- Manage/monitor incoming and outgoing materials and containers from multiple locations at the Giga Dock
- Ensure trade/customs compliance for all materials at the Giga Dock
- Manage/monitor domestic shipments and delivery schedules and manage multiple 3PL warehouse deliveries (In & Out).
- Ensure efficient return and receipts process for materials at the Giga Dock
- Efficaciously implement warehousing/logistics best practices and security controls while ensuring efficient level of stock is maintained
- This leader will have a team of direct reports
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
- To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PENA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Education:
- Basic/Required:
- Minimum of Bachelors/Masters or its equivalent in Science or Business-related discipline with experience in a supply chain related area such as logistics, operational management, supply management and demand management
- Preferred: None
Essential Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Logistics Operations in a large multi facility cite/complex
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer service skills including excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and Multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong organizational management and collaborative skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally to customers & suppliers
- Leadership Skills: to manage people and resolve conflicts while maintaining a positive work environment
Preferred Certification(s):
- Supply Chain/ Logistics Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, etc.
