What You’ll Get to Do:

Assist with sales related activities including data analysis, order flow management, forecast and pipeline management, and customer / partner support. 

Order flow management: 

Review open and blocked orders, identify discrepancies and coordinate between sales, operations, and supply chain to resolve 

Pipeline and Forecast Management: 

Assist sales team in managing pipeline of customer opportunities, work with sales and supply chain to develop monthly forecast from pipeline 

Customer and Partner Support:
Provide assistance to customers and partners on order questions, configurations, demo units, and other business needs. 

Sales data, pricing, and market analysis: 

Work with sales management team to review data, identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses.


What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma required, currently attending college seeking business related degree (preferred)
  • Above average computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 


  • Extremely strong communication skills required. Must be able to tailor content, message, and style to internal teams, sales teams, customer, and resellers. 

Other Requirements:

  • Available min of 20 hours per week
  • Willing to travel occasionally
