The BOS (Branch Operating System) Implementation Leader – Corporate Finance and Accounting is responsible for leading the BOS (Microsoft Dynamics) implementation successfully for all Corporate Finance and Accounting groups.  This team member must be business-focused with the ability to work productively with decision-makers across various IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting disciplines.  With best practices in mind, this includes troubleshooting to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions needed to control, report, and analyze transactions through the relevant processes.  This team member will also work very closely with the BOS Finance Implementation Leader and the broader implementation team.  This team member must be willing to learn and teach their disciplines to peers and business partners as well as be an excellent communicator.




Lead and Implement

  • Lead implementation efforts starting with the Pilot phase through the deployment of all new business units transitioning to BOS.
  • Liaison between Implementation team and Corporate Finance and Accounting teams, requiring multiple and consistent touchpoints and crisp communication to keep all sides aligned during implementation
  • Continuously collect and analyze business requirements (old and new) for all Corporate Finance and Accounting groups
  • Identify and solution gaps between business requirements and standard functionality
  • Configure setup and test functionality supporting the relevant lifecycle. This includes standard and custom interfaces to all peripheral applications.
  • Develop and maintain test scenarios
  • Manage the end user training process including the design and creation of materials as well as leading the training
  • Manage data conversion including cleansing efforts, validation, and timing
  • Develop End User procedures for new business processes. Includes documenting and validating with user community
  • Provides regular status updates to the Corporate Finance and Accounting Groups and FLT


Strategy and Planning

  • Recommend business process and policy changes in support of operational improvements
  • Manage and continuously improve the design of automated controls in support of JSox compliance
  • Recommend and drive improvements to business processes using automation
  • Identify operational inefficiencies resulting from poor business practices, bad data, and system or integration constraints and lead the process to improve through proper change management
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders by engaging in key business decisions/activities

Position Requirements


Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
  • Minimum ten (10) years of accumulated Finance, Accounting, Operations, Accounts Receivables, Order Management or Procurement experience


Knowledge & Experience

  • Application experience in CRM, BAS, BSS, Alliance, Oracle, Hyperion is highly preferred
  • Cross-functional experience with a concentration in Finance
  • Extensive knowledge and appreciation of the Financial Close Process (G/L, I/C, Shared Services, Consolidations, Reporting, etc.)
  • Strong technical aptitude for software configuration and data analysis
  • Proficient PC skills in Office products; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Project and ticketing system; Remedy
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to adjust presentation based on the audience
