What You’ll Get to Do:
  • Responsibilities include, preparing PowerPoint presentations, creating new vendor accounts, entering all purchase agreements and RFA’s for advertising, tradeshows, sales promotions and expense tracking for the team.  Work with product teams on creating price sheets and order materials, giveaways and promotional items for all of PSSNA marketing.  Working closely with VP Marketing in supporting teams for PSSNA marketing plans and projects supporting all business units.
  • Entering purchase requisitions and RFA’s for all advertising, PR, tradeshows and tracking requisitions thru Concur system. Handle all administrative tasks for VP of Marketing and PSSNA marketing team including ordering materials, giveaways, printed materials and tracking inventory of all marketing related items. Maintain marketing budget tracking spreadsheet, sharing information with team on a bi weekly basis. 

  • Assist team with marketing presentations and support development of presentations in ppt to support the business.  Maintain communications calendars and notify and manage to key submission deadlines. Post /publish all new bulleting and information to partner community. 

  • Gather materials for each business unit and provide necessary updates to the Billboard team for each BU.  And provide administrative support to PSSNA marketing as requested. 

What You'll Bring:

  • 1 -3  years supporting a marketing organization and a willing to learn. 

  • Strong knowledge of excel, word and proficient in PowerPoint developing customer or internal presentations. 

  • Strong organization skills and working with executives to foster a supportive focus on sales or product and marketing alignment. 

  • Being able to proactively identify and resolve issues on a daily basis without engagement from leadership.
