What You'll Get to Do:
- Create engaging graphic designs and produce a wide range of visual assets including but not limited to marketing collateral, web banners, infographics, presentations, promotional materials, brochures, and trade show events.
- Leverage graphic design tools, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, to craft creative and engaging designs consistent with Panasonic Connects overall brand vision and messaging.
- Work cross functionally with Associate Director, Creative Services, marketing stakeholders, and creative team to understand design requirements and strategy when developing assets.
- Maintain project timelines and actively communicate updates with stakeholders.
- Become an expert on Panasonic Connects leading brands, i.e. TOUGHBOOK and KAIROS
- Manage graphic design teams project workload and provide clear direction to team on milestones and performance.
- Developing graphic design teams skill set and growing teams capabilities.
- Explore ways improve our workstreams and explore design techniques platforms.
- Organize and tag visual assets within a Digital Asset Management tool.
What You'll Bring
Education and Experience- Must have experience managing and leading graphic designers and copywriters
- 6-8 years of graphic design experience, preferably working in a creative agency or corporate environment
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, media related study, or marketing
- Experience working in the B2B space and or for a technology company
- Strong corporate branding, media ad and banner ad development, layout, typography, creative ideation, and project management experience
- Extensive knowledge in graphic design techniques and software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to life with a creative and strategic mindset
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure while maintaining standards of quality, design requirements, and branding guidelines
- Lead a team with two graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment while managing project workload
- Highly flexible and collaborative when working with internal marketing and creative teams
- Curiosity to learn new design tools and platforms
- Expertise in storytelling and protecting brand guidelines when designing content
Project Management and Communication:
- Experience in graphic design project planning and execution
- Ability to get things done in with multiple partners at all levels of the enterprise
- Personable and calm under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills

What We Offer:The salary range of $120,000-$170,000 is just one component of Panasonic Cannect's total
package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and
experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
