The position:

As an integral part of the Global Marketing team, the Brand and Creative team is responsible for all creative deliverables in support of a global sales force and internal/external brand campaigns.

The role of Manager, Brand and Creative will lead the corporate, creative direction for all branding, customer-facing marketing campaigns, and sales materials in support of a global sales force. This role will lead and develop our in-house team which handles everything from brand strategy development to product/corporate photography, web design and development, communications, events, environmental design, advertising, digital marketing, video production, and sales support.

Corporate Branding

  • Manage the corporate brand: corporate identity; architecture and messaging; product naming; brand application across all channels and touchpoints


  • Manage the strategy and development of the corporate website,, and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to track success against goals
  • Manage various additional internal/external business sites

Global Marketing

Manage the creative direction and execution of the following:

  • Web Experiences
  • Advertising Campaigns
  • Brochures/Digital Brochures
  • Sales/Data Sheets
  • Sales Pursuits
  • Proposals
  • External Communications: HTML, Newsletters, etc.
  • Events and Demos
  • Video/Photography
  • Digital content plans/development/execution for Customer Engagement Center and Demo/Innovation Spaces

Employer Branding and Internal Communications

In support of HR and internal communication initiatives, manage and execute:

  • Video Projects: CEO Address, Culture Campaigns, Exec Interviews/Q&As
  • Photography Projects: Corporate Leadership Headshots,
  • Develop HTML templates
  • Ensure brand standards are aligned across HR Documents: Policies and Procedures, onboarding documents, etc.

What we’re looking for:
  • Ability to create and direct high-quality creative and brand design
  • Initiative to take a project from conception to completion with minimal direction.
  • Fluent in Digital, Social, AV, and Print advertising formats and design best practices
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Oversee project pitches and proposals
  • Oversee SOWs, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Meet with internal clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members of multiple disciplines, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, web developers, etc.
  • Manage agency partners and contractors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to develop creative solutions when required to pivot
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat Professional)
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Apple Software (Keynote & Pages)
  • Video and audio editing software including Final Cut Studio (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • BA or BFA Degree in graphic design, visual design, new media, related fields and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience in team building, leadership, and team development.
  • Experience with budget allocation/alignment
  • Experience with external agency management, project management
  • Occasional travel may be required
