As a Maintenance Service Technician (MST), you will conduct Line Maintenance on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems, ensuring operational reliability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, component replacement, and adherence to regulations. Your role extends to administrative tasks associated with maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:
- IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance, including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, and functional tests.
- Troubleshoot system failures, conduct Cabin Sweeps, Built-in (BIT) and manual tests, and assist in Software and Media Loading.
- Maintain cleanliness of components and equipment racks.
- Complete aircraft documentation according to customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with the Lead or Supervisor on any issues.
- Work on other assigned aircraft equipment if required.
- Interact and collaborate with customers, certifying all work completed.
- Assist in managing airside inventory and uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- Essential aircraft maintenance experience.
- Valid Category A aircraft license or equivalent authority.
- Ability to meet quality standards under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic computer skills in using Linux or equivalent systems.
- Teamwork capability and ability to work independently.
- Precision in following detailed instructions.
- Physical agility and adaptability to environmental conditions.
- Occasional international and domestic travel, up to 25%.
