- Manage key sales management processes for Krack Manufacturers Representative network to achieve all AOP revenue and GP goals.
- Oversight, compliance and management for all sales management processes including business plans, quarterly business plans, monthly pipeline reviews and year-end reviews.
- Daily focus on collaborating and coaching Channel Partners on executing territory management plans that drive the correct behaviors and required level of activity to develop new business and achieve all sales goals.
- Work cross-functionally coordinating continuous education for our channel partners related to Krack products, tools, services and processes as required to achieve sales objectives.
- Police channel conflict as it relates to the contracts we maintain and make recommendations to VP Sales for discipline as appropriate.
- Identify channel partner performance and market share gaps, implement performance improvement measures, make recommendations for top grading of existing Channel Partners or opportunities to add new Channel Partners.
- Manage the annual AVD review and approval process.
- Generate viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, networking, sales and vendor events in collaboration with channel partners.
- Establish business relationships with wholesalers and Distributors to support sales growth of Krack manufacturer representatives and Krack products.
- Prepare monthly sales and activity reporting for Management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum experience required is 10 years, can be a combination of the following: Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, New Business Development Manager.
- Experience in complex sales-process driven environments.
- General refrigeration product knowledge, basic engineering or technical abilities and industry experience preferred
- Deadline and goal-driven self-starter who is comfortable in a corporate environment.
- Travel: up to 70%
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities with high attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to identify & execute upon business needs with little direction or assistance
- Strong motivational, organizational, written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal and external team players to create solutions to meet client needs
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
