You will work directly with our clients and our teams to assess and design disaster recovery programs that meet the needs of our client requirements. You are a technologist with an understanding of enterprise-scale infrastructure, technologies and applications, experience with Business and Cyber Resiliency and IT Disaster Recovery. Secure cloud programs are and will continue to be an important part of our client's IT strategy, so understanding of cloud resiliency, infrastructure, cyber security and business continuity are a must. You will report to the IT Director- Infrastructure.


Develop business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, growth analysis, strategy selection, and documentation of BC and DR procedures.

Plan, conduct, and debrief regular mock-disaster exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans.

 Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements.

 Analyze corporate intelligence data to identify trends, patterns, or warnings indicating threats to security of people, and best practices.

 Create or administer training and awareness presentations or materials such as scenarios to re-establish operations from various types of business disruptions.

 Involved in building Cyber Resilience strategies and driving transformation for clients

Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks caused by business, regulatory, or industry-specific change projects.

 Develop IT Incident Response Plans to help IT staff detect, respond to, and recover from network security incidents such as cyber crime, data loss, and service outages.

 Develop IT Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to document plans and procedures required to reduce potential impacts and restore normal operations to organizations impacted by human-caused or natural outages or disasters.

 Develop IT Disaster Resolution strategies, solution, plans and exercise.

 Build IT Disaster recovery solution with 3rd parties and Cloud services.


Bachelors Degree required.

5+ years of experience in IT disaster recovery, IT project management, engineering, or architecture

Strong understating of enterprise-scale infrastructure, technologies and applications
