What You'll Get to Do:
You will have the opportunity to engage in strategic cross-functional activities such as Organizational Assessments, Data Analysis and Presentation, HR Metrics and Reporting, Analytics System Deployment, and Government Compliance, gain exposure to senior executives and build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company; acquire knowledge of key businesses through enterprise-wide exposure and receive ongoing coaching and mentoring. Such as, goal setting and regular performance reviews.
As a Talent Analytics intern, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Generalists, and division leaders across our businesses. In this position, you will learn and you will grow. Your voice will be heard and you will have a unique opportunity to help drive meaningful change. Own your own project that will impact our team.
Consolidate data from internal and external sources to complete scheduled, ongoing, reporting activities in various areas of HR as needed such as quarterly insight reports. Work with HR and business stakeholders to gather necessary data and stakeholder inputs for analysis. Specific activities include:
Gather and consolidate data from internal and external sources
Create visually appealing representations of the data to share with stakeholders
Provide support to stakeholders as needed like answering questions.
Support the implementation of analytics software by:
Working with stakeholders to upload data and ensure data quality
Working with HRIS to determine how data sources should be mapped
Becoming an expert user of the analytics software
Executing and support all change management and training activities as needed
Assisting all North American entities with data challenges such as data cleaning, mapping and best practices.
Support ad hoc talent insights requests as needed; and maintain ad hoc analytics request queue and calendar
Organize and provide data inputs for complex analytics activities such as Pay Equity Analysis, EOS, Annual Merit Cycle, OFCCP compliance analysis
Education and Experience:
A graduating senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration with an emphasis and focus on HR, or a related field
Masters student preferred
1 to 2 years of corporate experience, preferably in a best practices organization
Previous experience in communications and data analysis highly preferred
