What you will get to do:
- Support administrative onboarding of projects in Service Now, monitor health of projects
- Run reports and analysis of KPIs
- Assist in updating process documentation
- As opportunities arise, support and assist in project management activities

- Present analysis and observations to IT PMO Manager, prepare reports for portfolio managers and business partners
