The HR Services Supervisor will work under the direction of the HR Services Manager ensuring Tier 1 services such as; onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, employee record maintenance, and employee activities are delivered in an accurate, timely and efficient manner and in full compliance with all legislative requirements and company policies. This role is responsible for executing service level agreements, driving continuous improvement, and the ongoing engagement, training, and development of the Tier 1 team members.

What You'll Get to Do:

Employee Services Administration & Compliance:

  • Leads a Tier 1 focused team, supervising work activity, ensuring call and case volumes are managed, and transactions are complete, timely and accurately
  • Direct the distribution of work activity among the team in order to maintain a balance of activity and perform quality assurance checks on employee transactions
  • Utilize case management system dashboard to monitor; performance against service level agreements, trends and self-service opportunities
  • Monitors the effectiveness of assigned policies and processes to continuously improve and simplify processes
  • Leads engagement efforts for new programs
  • Foster relationships between internal customers and functional teams to ensure high levels of service
  • Manage escalated issues which are often difficult, complex and sensitive ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Report Service Center performance to internal customers using relevant metrics
  • Leads Employee Perks at Work program by working with partners to enhance program offering to employees

Training/Coaching:

  • Train and develop Tier 1 team members
  • Train HR team members, employees and managers on new features, functionality and programs

Compliance:

  • Complete compliance audits
  • Manage labor law postings across multiple sites partnering with third party vendor
  • Distribute legislative notices and company policies updates as needed

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree BA BS or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience leading or supervising HR Service Center Team
  • Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations as they pertain to HR
  • Project management and/or Professional Human Resources certification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bi-lingual English Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of Workday preferred
