What You'll Get To Do:
Defining and managing the data processes required to process an order and entitle to customer.
Create and translate the business requirements into actionable SAP system requirements and functional playbooks for the order management team.
Strategic thinker that can evaluate current systems and processes and define best in class future state processes that will advance our operational capabilities through data while improving our customer satisfaction.
Manage and develop the resources required to run the master data and BI functions of the organization.
Define and Lead System projects for Connect NA business related to SAP Hana implementation and other system implementations, upgrades and revisions.
Align resources and collaborate with PEXNA IT for governance, compliance and quality around IT related applications and projects.
Understand the current and future state business objectives and build a consolidated plan that supports the direction of the business.
Data driven view of systems based on defining processes required to support multiple SAP systems and consolidate functions and processes into SAP Hana based on templated view of transacting the business.
Provide efficiency and oversight in the steps required to streamline and standardize processes.
Partner with PEXNA IT and Manage IT Business Partner to align Connect NA and escalate all IT issues.
Manage IT budget spend working with Finance and Project Owners for clear expectations and compliance.
Manage the day to day activity of the lifecycle of an order through data
Own and deliver all application related projects on time and within scope
Define the target system requirements and data integrity, data flow
Process definition and system knowledge and capabilities of SAP, SFDC, Anaplan, PowerBI
Resource Management:
Manage the team responsible for customer inquiries related to orders
Oversight of both onshore and offshore activities
Data and Strategy:
Understand the data requirements of a transaction and the system
Decision making capabilities that align to the corporate strategic initiatives
BI leadership treating the business units as our primary customer
What You'll Bring:

Manages: Data and Business Applications
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree required in a related field or equivalent experience
15+ Years of experience in data management, transformation, system implementation
Experience with Anaplan, SFDC, SAP strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of solution support and delivery
Experience with systems and defining requirements
IT Experience within a large enterprise
Advanced user of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
People Management and Conflict Resolution:
Ability to facilitate issue resolution
Ability to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Team management and the ability to right size, develop talent and deliver results
Communications:
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Work with Supply Chain, IT, operations, Sales, Field Engineering, Finance
Other Requirements:
Willingness to learn and evaluate new systems related to order management, order processing
Understand financial requirements and compliance
Must be able to grasp data requirements and system processing
Organizational, Time Management, People Management and Presentation skills required
Data Analytics skills required
Decision making skills based on available information
