What You’ll Get to Do:

Analysis and Summarizing of Income Statements:

  • Monthly review of P&L, BS and Cashflow fluctuations to budget/forecast
  • Monthly data entry and reconciliation between BPC and SAP (ERP)
  • Performing month, quarter, yearly reviews of expenses
  • Reviewing general ledger accounts and journal entries
  • Analyzing PNA account analysis for fluctuations
  • Monthly reconciliation between BPC and Eva-net (internal financial reporting system)
  • Quarterly reconciliation between BPC and WING JOB 01 (internal financial reporting system)
  • Coordinating timely and appropriate submission of monthly reporting
  • Reporting PNA consolidated summary to Management
  • Coordination of data to FP&A

Coordinating and leading the Business Plan process:

  • Responsible for distribution and collection of business plan forms to all HQ departments
  • Overseeing the uploading of the data into BPC
  • Responsible for gathering the instruction data to guide the business plan regarding fees, interest rates, exchange rates
  • Coordinating with IT Department to implement new system and format
  • Adhoc reporting of financial reports, variances

 Forecasting of Income Statements:

  • Monthly forecasting of P&L, BS and Cash-flow data
  • Update BPC with latest forecast data
  • Maintain cash flow analysis on net cash and free cash flow fluctuations
  • Work with tax department for internal/external tax settlements/payments

Data entry into Eva-net:

  • Monthly uploading and review of (Eva-net)
  • Review financials with accounting staff supporting the departments
  • Provide monthly data to FP&A and VP/Controller for management reporting
  • Others to include Monthly P&L reviews, accruals, analysis

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work
  • Provide work leadership supervision, training and project management support, as required
  • 5+ years of diversified and cumulative accounting experience
  • CPA or MBA preferred


  • Major Strengths: Flexibility, Continuous Improvement Mind-set, Process Management
  • Other Key Strengths: Excel, BPC, SAP, Critical Thinking


  • Confident, articulate, and professional written and verbal communication skills

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum travel required (5%)
