Under direct supervision, initiates service requests and enters data from customer shipping and repair
order documentation into the Oracle, Repair Service Module. Scans hardcopy documentation into
electronic documents and attaches to Oracle Service Requests. Performs repair audit functions. Receives
and unpacks customer equipment sent in for repair. Work is performed and monitored by the Supervisor
for accuracy and transaction count per established metrics.
• Initiates service requests and enters data from customer shipping and repair order

• Scan hardcopy documentation to create electronic documentation and attaches to Oracle
• Logs customer repair orders, customer warranty claims and complete orders in and out of
• Performs repair audit functions
• Receive and unpack customer equipment
• Must be able to read and understand customer repair orders, customer warranty claims and
completed work orders to log order in and out of Oracle.
• Should understand 5S practices for organization of daily work and application of principles of
cleanliness, organization and process improvement.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical information.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Outgoing, self motivated, well organized and detailed oriented.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in
decision making. Normally receives instructions on all work.
• Ability to stand for 50% of the workday
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
• 0-1 years’ of related experience.

Paid time off: Exempt Salaried employees receive unlimited PTO. This means that there is no fixed number, range, or limit to the amount of Personal and Vacation Days that may be taken for exempt employees. Non-exempt hourly employees accrue 14 vacation days per year + 7 sick days + 3 personal days. Accrual rate increases with tenure. All employees receive 11 company paid holidays per year. We also close our offices at the corporate level in the U.S. between Christmas and New Year. For operational positions that are expected to work on holidays, we provide additional compensation for hours worked.
