What You’ll Get to Do:

Candidate will be responsible for helping the business support department to develop, help standardize and deploy tools and processes that support the IAQ objectives. Assist with the design and build-out of visual dashboards to track key initiatives and help communicate findings across management. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects with cross functional teams and monitor indicators/ data to create an impact and ensure management and decision- makers are in an informed position to maximize revenue and profit.

Assist with the development / framework of a single platform to consolidate and combine data across products and channel, incoming warranty- related claims and to draw insights and better understand product trends.

Build a system that can be maintained to collect and consolidate call center data, contractor /user feedback, product inquiries, challenges and track possible quality issues. Collect and combine data across various systems and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.

Work with business support manager to help build the analytics layer of our data environment. Assist in the coordination of the data collection from various sources which may include working with external partners to resolve questions, inconsistencies, and/or obtain missing data. Analyze and update master data records for customer and rep agencies, complete the consolidation/deletion, and develop reporting tools to enhance content in SAP for IAQ division, ensuring integrity and accuracy as required.

Develop a database to organize and track data from channel partner deductions & chargebacks for logistics, account setup or account receivable related issues. Create a documentation platform to convert existing rep manuals, and policies and procedures to a digital guide. Create reporting for the business and shared service areas to determine root cause and for management to take action.

Design reports and dashboards from several databases that will automate visibility to current resellers online, analyze direct customer ordering trends per sku and create a system to automate, distribute and track the receipt of monthly e channel management communications

Will shadow Business Support Manager and learn the Sales, Operational and Technical Support cycle Of the IAQ

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Must be pursuing a degree in business, data science, or analytics
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software with an emphasis on Excel
  • Experience in data analytic projects preferred.
  • Experience is using data mining tools and techniques for quantitative analysis preferred.
