We are currently seeking a Customer Events Concierge to assist our Corporate Marketing Department with Client and Customer facing relations, as well as Administrative Duties. This is a Full Time, Direct-Hire position that includes great benefits, including tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and unlimited PTO, just to name a few.
** This position will be onsite 5 days a week, located at our Corporate office in Irvine, CA.**
The Pay for this position ranges from $22.60 – $37.98 per hour. This is just one component of Panasonic’s total compensation package. The final offer amount will vary based on an individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while acting as a meeting and events coordinator for Customer Experience Center (CEC). Manage day to day operations in support of the airline customer visitors, vendors and other guests visiting the Panasonic Avionics Corporation headquarters.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience Center (CEC) Support
- Provides administrative support to the Panasonic meeting focals including event booking, catering requirements, on-site briefing coordination, AV, and other onsite duties.
- Extensive calendar management of CEC conference room and Engagement Space. Manage attendees, logistics of meetings and CEC events while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues.
- Organize and lead collaboration with the facility stakeholders on meeting details and bookings in a space hosting an anticipated 500+ visits annually and exceeding 3000 guests annually.
- Maintain scheduling of digital content throughout the CEC using the company’s digital content management system.
Front Desk Management/Support
- Maintains a neat and professional lobby and common areas, straightening and coordinating cleaning as needed.
- Acts as front desk focal with Panasonic Security team. Ensuring proper steps are followed for company safety and security for badges and employee escorts.
- Collect and sort incoming Mail daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service and can-assist demeanor.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, calendaring, and Audio/Video equipment.
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot A/V equipment, Video Conferencing tools, phones and polycoms.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames, and meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt easily to changing needs and to follow through on tasks and assignments.
- Expert skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices and navigate software effectively on both MAC and PC platforms effectively.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- HS. Diploma or G.E.D. is required
- 2+ years’ experience in a Corporate Administrative role highly preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a Client Relations or Client facing role is required
- Experience in hospitality or service industry highly preferred.
- Able to work onsite 5 days a week. (Not a hybrid or remote position)
- Understanding of Digital Marketing or Graphic Design concepts
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, & Adobe InDesign, highly preferred.
- Some college, vocational school, or certification in hospitality, marketing or communications assigned area preferred.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, walk, talk, smell and hear.
