What You'll Get to Do:

This role will be responsible for maintaining the various learning platforms for PEXNA and Sales Cos, including the LMS (Docebo) and responding to inquiries sent to the Talent Management mailbox. This role will also be involved in ensuring that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is highlighted and promoted throughout our various Talent and Learning Programs and processes.

  • Own New Employee Experience, from employees’ day 1 thru day 90. Including facilitating New Employee Orientation and designing and managing our New Employee Buddy Program
  • Provide support and thought leadership on ways to engrain DEI into all Talent and Learning programs and processes
  • Provide project support and administration of Talent and Learning and Development programs and processes for PEXNA and Sales Companies including workshop facilitation and content curation for employees and teams, as needed
  • Manage and update learner access to all learning systems, act as Learning System Admin for PEXNA and Sales Companies respond to Talent Management Mailbox and help maintain our internal Compass Page
  • Partner with Analytics Team to create and maintain TLOD quarterly dashboard for use by Talent Team and Leaders and other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience:  
  • Bachelors Degree required in Organizational Development, Org. Behavior or Industrial or Organizational Psychology or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with HR enabling technology; such as Workday or Docebo preferred

  • Experience compiling and using analytics, including qualitative and quantitative methods in reporting and analysis of cross functional efforts
